Flange Alignment – The male flange is positioned against a matching female flange (grooved flange) at the pipe end
O-Ring Placement – The O-ring is inserted into the groove of the female flange, where it holds itself securely during assembly
Flange Engagement – The male and female flanges are brought together, with the metallic centering feature ensuring proper coaxial alignment
Bolted Securing – Bolts are inserted through the flange holes and evenly tightened until the flange faces make contact
