Permanent Welded Connection – Designed for butt welding to tubing ends, creating a strong, permanent joint that eliminates leak paths
DIN 11852 Standard Compliance – Manufactured to DIN 11852 international standards, ensuring compatibility with EN 10357 (DIN 11850-R2) tubing systems
DIN-15H Male Configuration – The male welding liner component of the DIN union system, designed to mate with DIN-13 nut and DIN-14 liner assemblies
Hygienic Crevice-Free Surface – Smooth interior and exterior surfaces with Ra ≤ 0.8 μm surface finish minimize bacterial growth and ensure sanitary integrity
High Corrosion Resistance – Constructed from premium 304 and 316L stainless steel for exceptional durability in aggressive processing environments
Permanent, Leak-Proof Seal – Welded connections provide superior reliability compared to mechanical joints, eliminating potential leak points in critical process lines
Hygienic Design – Crevice-free construction and smooth surface finish meet GMP and EHEDG guidelines, making it suitable for sterile and aseptic applications
Seamless System Integration – Standard DIN 11852 design ensures compatibility with existing DIN sanitary piping systems and components
Exceptional Durability – Stainless steel construction with 3A certification provides outstanding resistance to corrosion, high temperatures, and repeated sanitization cycles
Versatile Applications – Suitable for food processing, beverage production, pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotech, dairy, cosmetics, and chemical industries
CIP/SIP Compatible – Smooth, crevice-free surface supports Clean-In-Place and Sterilize-In-Place procedures without harboring contaminants
The DIN 11852 Welding Male DIN-15H operates as a core component within a DIN sanitary union system:
Union System Integration – The DIN union system comprises four key components: DIN-13 (Nut), DIN-14 (Welding Liner), DIN-15 (Welding Male), and DIN-16 (Blank)
Welding Installation – The DIN-15H is butt welded to the end of a sanitary tube. The weld creates a permanent, leak-proof joint with no crevices or dead zones
Union Assembly – Once welded, the DIN-13 nut is placed over the welding male. The male is then connected to a DIN-14 welding liner (welded to the adjoining tube)
Sealing – A DIN-style gasket (D-shaped profile) is positioned between the male and liner faces, creating a hygienic, leak-proof seal
Securing – The DIN-13 nut is tightened over the union, compressing the gasket to form a pressure-tight, sanitary connection
