Industry Proven – Developed specifically for the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries to meet their exacting hygienic requirements
The DIN 11864 Aseptic Union Liner Series A operates as part of a three-component screwed connection system-:
Assembly – The liner is welded to the pipe end (orbital or manual welding), while the corresponding male part is welded to the opposing pipe end
Sealing – An O-ring is placed in the precision-turned groove on the liner face, creating a dead-space-free seal when the two components are brought together
Securing – A union nut is threaded over the connection, compressing the O-ring to form a secure, leak-proof, hygienic seal
Sterile Flow Path – The assembled connection provides a smooth, crevice-free interior that prevents product residue accumulation and maintains sterility
Maintenance Access – The screwed design allows for easy disassembly for inspection, maintenance, or seal replacement
This design delivers a detachable yet highly reliable aseptic connection, combining the security of a permanent weld with the flexibility of a serviceable joint.
