How It Works

The 9MP Clamp Cross functions as a 4-way distribution fitting that enables fluid or gas flow to be directed in multiple directions within a piping system.

1. Four-Port Design – The fitting features four clamp ends arranged in a cross configuration. Each end connects to a separate process line, allowing flow to enter from one or more directions and exit through others.

2. Tri-Clamp Connection – Each end is equipped with a tri-clamp ferrule. A gasket is placed between the ferrule and the mating fitting, and a clamp is tightened around the ferrule to create a secure, sanitary seal.

3. Flow Distribution – Once all connections are completed, the Clamp Cross enables fluid or gas to flow seamlessly between multiple lines, supporting flow division, flow combination, or simultaneous multi-directional distribution.

4. Easy Maintenance – The clamp connection allows for quick disassembly without special tools, facilitating thorough cleaning and routine maintenance.
