Dead-Space-Free Sealing – O-ring sits in a precision-turned groove with metallic centering, eliminating crevices where product residues could accumulate
Orbital Welding Ready – Extended welding ends support both orbital and manual welding for seamless integration into hygienic piping systems
High-Grade Stainless Steel Construction – Available in 316L (1.4404/1.4435) with delta ferrite content < 1% for optimal weldability and corrosion resistance
Superior Surface Finish – Product-contact surfaces precision-turned to Ra < 0.8 µm (Hygiene Class H3), meeting the highest hygienic standards
Wide Size Range – Available from DN10 to DN150 to suit diverse system requirements
High Temperature & Pressure Rating – Suitable for sterilization temperatures up to 150°C; pressure rated up to 40 bar depending on size
Maximum Process Safety – Dead-space-free design minimizes contamination risks and ensures sterile operation in critical applications
Superior Cleanability – Optimized for CIP (Clean-In-Place) and SIP (Sterilize-In-Place) processes, reducing downtime and enhancing productivity
Reliable Sealing Performance – O-ring-based sealing system with FDA and USP Class VI-compliant elastomers ensures leak-free, hygienic operation
Versatile Applications – Suitable for pharmaceutical (WFI, pure steam, API synthesis), biotech (cell culture, fermentation), food & beverage (dairy, juice, beer), and fine chemical industries
Long Service Life – Premium stainless steel construction with 3A certification delivers exceptional durability under repeated sterilization cycles
Interchangeable Design – Standard DIN 11864 configuration ensures seamless compatibility with existing aseptic piping systems
The DIN 11864 Male Union operates as part of a three-component aseptic screwed connection system:
Assembly – The male union is welded to the tubing end (via orbital or manual welding)
Sealing – An O-ring (EPDM, VMQ, or FKM) is placed in the precision groove of the male part
Connection – The liner (female part) is brought into position against the male union
Securing – The union nut is threaded over the connection, compressing the O-ring to form a dead-space-free, hygienic seal
Centering – Metallic centering ensures precise alignment of both components
This design provides a detachable yet secure connection that maintains sterile integrity while allowing for easy disassembly during maintenance or process changes.
Certified Quality – All our DIN 11864 Male Unions are 3A Sanitary Standards certified, meeting the highest standards for hygienic fittings. We also hold CE certification and ISO 9001 quality management system certification, ensuring consistent product excellence
Premium Materials – We use only high-grade 316L stainless steel (1.4404/1.4435) with controlled delta ferrite content (< 1%) for superior corrosion resistance and weldability
Precision Manufacturing – Every male union features precision-turned sealing surfaces with surface roughness Ra < 0.8 µm internally, meeting Hygiene Class H3 standards
Stringent Quality Control – Each fitting undergoes rigorous inspection to ensure dimensional accuracy, surface finish quality, and sealing performance
Extensive Size Range – From DN10 to DN150, we offer the full spectrum of sizes to meet your specific requirements
Competitive Pricing – Direct manufacturing capabilities allow us to offer factory-direct pricing without compromising quality
