The RJT-14B Blank Liner operates as a sealing component within an RJT (Ring Joint Type) sanitary union system:
Union System Integration – A complete RJT union consists of four components: RJT-13 (Nut), RJT-14 (Liner/Welding Liner), RJT-15 (Male Part), and RJT-16 (Blank Liner)
Positioning – The blank liner (RJT-14B) is placed at the end of a piping run or unused port, serving as a termination point
O-Ring Sealing – An O-ring gasket sits securely within the groove of the RJT male part; the blank liner's smooth face mates with the male part
Nut Securing – The RJT-13 hexagonal nut is tightened with a spanner, compressing the O-ring uniformly to form a highly effective, near-flawless seal
Flow Blocking – The blank liner effectively blocks fluid flow, isolating the piping section for cleaning, maintenance, or system modification
