Sanitary 3-Way Design – Enables flow diversion (L-port) or mixing/merging (T-port) in a single compact valve body, eliminating multiple fitting connections.
Threaded End Connections – Available in NPT, BSP, or metric threads for quick, reliable installation without welding, reducing installation time and cost.
Premium 304/316L Stainless Steel – Exceptional corrosion resistance and durability for aggressive CIP chemicals and high-temperature sanitary processes.
Full-Bore / Full-Port Design – Minimizes pressure drop and allows unrestricted flow for high-viscosity fluids and particulate-laden products.
Mirror-Polished Internal Surface – Internal finish Ra ≤ 0.8μm (electropolishing optional) prevents product adhesion, bacterial growth, and ensures easy cleaning.
Manual Locking Lever Handle – Ergonomic handle with 90° quarter-turn operation; optional lockable feature prevents unauthorized operation.
PTFE/RTFE Seats & Seals – Provides low torque operation, excellent chemical resistance, and long service life with minimal maintenance.
Self-Cleaning Ball Design – The ball's wiping action against PTFE seals removes debris during each turn, ensuring consistent hygienic performance.
Wide Temperature & Pressure Range – Operates from -20°C to 150°C with working pressure up to 1000 PSI (depending on size) .
The Manual 3 Way Sanitary Ball Valve operates on a simple quarter-turn mechanism controlled by a manual lever handle. Inside the valve body, a spherical ball with precision-machined L-shaped or T-shaped flow passages rotates within PTFE seats.
When the handle is turned 90° clockwise or counterclockwise, the ball rotates to align its internal port(s) with the valve's three threaded connection ports.
In L-port (L-shaped passage) configuration, the handle rotation redirects flow from one inlet to either of two outlets, or shuts off all flow entirely (diversion / selection).
In T-port (T-shaped passage) configuration, the handle allows mixing of two incoming flows into one common outlet, or splitting one flow into two directions, or full straight-through flow with the third port closed (depending on rotation angle).
The manual lever provides a clear visual indicator of valve position. The PTFE self-lubricating seats ensure a bubble-tight seal while allowing smooth, low-friction operation. The threaded connections are sealed with PTFE tape or sealant to create leak-proof joints.
