Long Service Life – Premium stainless steel construction and FDA-approved seals ensure exceptional durability under repeated sanitization cycles
The Sanitary Manual Butterfly Valve Weld End Mod.SIG/79 operates on a simple quarter-turn principle:
Permanent Installation – The valve is butt-welded directly into the pipeline at both ends, becoming a permanent, integral part of the sanitary piping system
Flow Control – A rotary disc inside the valve body regulates or shuts off flow by rotating 90 degrees-. When the disc is parallel to the flow direction, the valve is fully open; when perpendicular, it is fully closed
Manual Operation – The multi-position stainless steel handle is rotated to adjust the disc position. The spring-loaded locking mechanism secures the handle at the desired position
Sealing – The FDA-approved seal (EPDM, Silicone, or Viton) creates a tight seal between the disc and valve body, preventing leakage when closed
Hygienic Operation – The mirror-polished interior prevents product buildup and bacterial growth, ensuring sanitary flow throughout the process
Easy Upgradability – The manual handle can be removed and replaced with a pneumatic or electric actuator without removing the valve from the pipeline
Certified Quality – All our SIG/79 Sanitary Manual Butterfly Valves are 3A Sanitary Standards certified, meeting the highest industry requirements for dairy and food processing equipment. We also hold CE certification and ISO 9001 quality management system certification, ensuring consistent product excellence
Premium Materials – We use only high-grade 304 and 316L stainless steel sourced from certified mills, offering exceptional corrosion resistance, weldability, and longevity
Precision Manufacturing – CNC one-time machining ensures machining precision and consistent quality across all valve components
Superior Surface Finish – All wetted surfaces are polished to ≤ 32Ra (0.8μm) , meeting or exceeding 3A and ASME BPE standards
FDA-Compliant Seals – We use only FDA-certified seal materials imported from Europe, including EPDM, Silicone, and Viton (FPM)
Stringent Quality Control – Every valve undergoes 100% inspection and testing to ensure dimensional accuracy, surface finish quality, and performance reliability
Extensive Size Range – From 1/2" to 6" , we offer a full range to meet your specific system requirements
